- General Notarization (Per Signature): $10
- Travel Fee — Local (0–15 miles): $25
- Extended Travel (16–30 miles): $35–$50
- After-Hours / Weekend Appointments: +$20
- Same-Day / Urgent Appointment: +$20–$40

24-Hour Cancellation Policy
To ensure fair scheduling and provide quality service to all clients, Holt & Co. Services maintains a strict 24-Hour Cancellation Policy.
Cancellations
- More than 24 hours’ notice: No fee.
- Within 24 hours of appointment: $25 cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy
A client is considered a no-show if they do not arrive within a 15-minute grace period or cancel after the appointment time has begun.
- No-Shows: Charged the full travel fee plus 50% of the service fee.
Mobile Notary & Travel Fees
Travel fees become non-refundable once the notary has begun traveling.
If the client cancels while the notary is en route, the full travel fee will be charged.
Incomplete or Unprepared Documents
If the notary arrives and:
- documents are incomplete,
- identification is missing, or
- the signer is not present,
the appointment is marked as incomplete. - Fee: $25 incomplete appointment fee + travel fee.
Payment Terms
All cancellation, no-show, and incomplete appointment fees must be paid before scheduling a new appointment.
Grace & Understanding
We understand emergencies happen. Holt & Co. Services may waive fees at its discretion in verified emergency situations.

Are travel fees refundable?
No. Travel fees are non-refundable once travel has begun.
What forms of ID do you accept?
Driver’s License, State ID, Passport, Military ID, Consular ID.
What if my ID is expired?
NC requires an unexpired ID. Credible witnesses may be permitted depending on the document.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Through our website, by phone, or by text.
Do you offer same-day or urgent appointments?
Yes, for an additional fee.
What is your cancellation policy?
